Need a primer for your indoor wood? Paint brand Levis has an excellent product for this, namely Expert hout primer binnen.

Description

As the name suggests, this primer can be applied to interior wood, but also related materials such as MDF can be primed.

This white primer is water-based so you won't experience any odour nuisance. In addition, this primer ensures excellent adhesion with the finishing layers and guarantees a beautiful end result.

This paint forms the ideal base for your finish and is already repaintable after 3h with a water-based lacquer.

Can I return this product?

How do you use Levis Expert Hout Primer Binnen?

The primer can be applied with a brush or lacquer roller with short synthetic fibres.

Preparation: Prepare the surface for painting by sanding away poorly adhering paint and filling cracks with a suitable Polyfilla product. In addition, the substrate must be degreased, sanded and dusted.

Application: Apply 1 coat of primer to normal wood or MDF. On exotic types of wood (e.g. afzelia, merbau) apply two layers.

Finish: The matching finish within the Levis range is the Levis Expert Hout Lak Binnen . There is the Gloss variant, the satin or the matt. Always apply two coats of this lacquer. Between coats, light sanding with 240-grit paper is recommended.
